**Free Shipping Information: Our free shipping offer is for orders shipping to the lower 48 states of the USA only. This offer does not apply to orders outside the lower 48 states. Over sized fees are not included in our free shipping offer and will be added to your cart if they apply to your order. To qualify for our free shipping offer you must provide a shipping address that is serviced by a ground carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The Shipping method for free shipping does not include any air or post office shipping methods. To qualify for this promotion your order total must be $50.00usd or greater even if you are using a coupon or discount code.
*Orders to California: Orders shipping to California may take 2-3 business days to ship regardless of shipping method due to State sales tax law.
*Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO addresses: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of these orders due to logistics required.
Basic Shipping Information: We ship orders via the fastest route possible at the time of shipment for the method you choose at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 4-5 business days after placing the order. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and a great majority of our customers are surprised at how fast orders arrive.
Average Transit Times: Transit times depend on how far you are from the warehouse we ship your order from. Transit times may be affected by weather and other mechanical delays. Our average is 4-5 business days after the order is placed if standard shipping is selected.
USPS Priority Air Mail - Most shipments arrive within 2-3 business days, and delivery occurs Mondays through Saturdays not including national holidays. Not all products are able to be shipped via USPS air mail and it is possible some orders marked USPS may be shipped standard ground. If you order a small item such as a part we often upgrade the order to USPS at no extra charge for faster delivery.
FedEx/UPS Ground - Most shipments arrive within 2-10 business days, and delivery occurs Monday through Friday excluding national holidays.
FedEx/UPS Overnight - Next business day after shipment date (weekends excluded) Note: Saturday delivery is sometimes available, but averages an additional $30 fee and must be arranged with us via phone before shipment.
FedEx/UPS 2 Day - 2nd business day after shipment date (weekends excluded)
FedEx/UPS 3 Day Express Saver - 3rd business day after shipment date (weekends excluded)
Special Shipping Info: We may (at our option) ship via USPS for some orders, to keep costs down. Some heavy shipments to US Territories may be higher than our advertised costs in our shopping cart. If this happens we will notify you. NOTE: Items that are marked oversized are NOT eligible for any air shipping.
Shipping Damage - Theft: We are required by shipping carriers to file damage claims within 15 days after your package arrives. You must report any shipping damage before this time limit occurs. MusicESP will not be responsible for shipping damages after this time period. MusicESP is not responsible for theft or damage to packages after delivery. If you would like a signature required on your shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us before shipment occurs. Any product that is used even if damaged is not eligible for shipping damage replacement.
We strive to process all in stock orders by the next business day. Our FedEx and USPS pickup occurs at about 1:15pm Pacific Time each weekday (excluding weekends). Our shipments are delivered by FedEx or USPS on business days only, and exclude Saturdays (except USPS), Sundays and Holidays. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Some in stock orders can take up to 3 business days to ship, or longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee same day shipping. During busy holiday periods orders can become delayed due to warehouse backlog, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We charge a $10 order cancellation fee for orders placed with our company for an in stock item that is cancelled after the checkout process. We do not charge any fee for an order cancelled because we did not have the item in stock. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses but the shipment cannot be tracked and shipments to APO/FPO addresses are done at the sole risk of the customer. Please note that when an upgraded shipping method is selected, the shipping cost is for the shipping transit time after the order is shipped, and is no guarantee that the order will ship the same day. We strongly recommend that you contact our sales office by email or phone if you would like to place an order for a product that is time critical. For USPS shipments, tracking is generally not available.
